DESIGNER GREETINGS ACQUIRES GLITTERWRAP |
EDISON, NJ……Designer Greetings, Inc., one of the largest greeting card companies in the United States, announced today that it has acquired Glitterwrap, Inc., a manufacturer of high design gift bags and wrap, via the US subsidiary of International Greetings PLC, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of paper and stationery products.

Similar in history, Designer Greetings and Glitterwrap have both been family-owned companies as well as operated by brother and sister. Steven Gimbelman is President of Designer Greetings and Fern Gimbelman is Co-President and Art Director.

The full transition has been completed, with shipments of wrap and bags from the state-of-the-art warehouse at the new Edison headquarters of Designer Greetings.
